Special Exhibit Room February & March 2014

featuring Paintings by Richard G. Alagna Esq.

His work will be displayed during the month of February and March. Vivid splashes of bright color and bold strokes characterize paintings that depict floral, feminine form and landscapes.

A self described colorist, Alagna use his concept of color as a jumping off point to create a canvas with intense hues and brilliant shades. His figures are swathed in color and reflected light. Not limited to painting, his talent  also extends to photography and etching. (Saratoga County Arts Council)

An award- winning artist. Richard G. Alagna is a life member of the Arts Students League of New York and a Resident Artist of the Salmagundi Club of New York. His works are in numerous private collections across the United States as well as exhibited in galleries in Florida, Connecticut and New York.

Most of the paintings on exhibit are for sale. Proceeds from the sale will used to operate the museum. We thank Richard G. Alagna for donating all the paintings to the museum that are in this exhibit.
This exhibit may be seen from February 1st until March 30, 2014.
